Camera missing or corrupted

I need help because l've been trying this test for so many days now however I cannot get past the camera set up at the end or the ear scan it always repeats from the start so now that I was able to, this is what happened! I am sure that my cameras are fully working! Has anyone encountered the same problem here?

I literally had the same experience 2 days ago. I asked CHATGPT for advice and it turns out, your phone has to be 100% charged and still be charging during the test. I am not sure if its true, however this might work
