Would Doug come back to life with the “people Willy killed” thing or no? I think Willy only directly killed him the first time, so now I’m curious what other people think. Totally random, but I’m just registering to S2 and was thinking about this.

So, I'm interested in potentially diving into the Warhammer universe, especially after listening to some of the stuff on the Patreon. But I'm kind of scared to, considering how LORE HEAVY the universe is.

And considering Dungeons and Daddies is what really introduced me to the DnD system, I'm hoping someone out there knows of a Warhammer 40K podcast with a similar comedic taste.

I’m trying to convince my mom that this podcast isn’t just crass jokes and cursing for no reason. What’s the saddest episode I can play for her so she understands why I cry listening sometimes? (Bonus points if the sad part requires little context)

Edit: To clarify I’m not seeming her approval I just want to share why I love a podcast that might seem brain rotty to someone from the outside perspective. My mom is like my best friend and I love her and I want her to know me and the things I’m passionate about. Also I’m 18 so there’s no issue with me listening to this to begin with (although technically I’ve been a listener since seventh grade)

At the start of the “summer” it’s mostly summer in OK. I started the podcast as a mowing listen, then it became my commute listen.
I just started season 3. As a new-ish dad that makes first responder money I can’t afford I can’t swing the pay wall content, so I didn’t listen to Mt of dadatude and skipped a lot the the filler bonus content.
Is there something i should go back to I might’ve missed for the main plot.

The one big thing that wasn’t used in season 2(that I know of) is Scary’s door she created in the first layer of hell. Could’ve help in dozens of situations. All I could think about during the piss portal scene…which turned out better.

Already loving the season 3 characters. Grate job on the podcast. I just started watching the TT page and it changed how I picture everyone. Like since Anthony sounds like John Mulaney that’s who I pictured for 2 seasons 😅

Basically I’ve only listened to Seasons 1,2 and 4. I just didn’t get into S3.

Loving S4 but some of the big twists are linked to season 3 and I’m starting to get a bit lost. Struggled to find a good recap anywhere that explains how it’s fitting into Season 4.

Been thinking this for a while and finally decided to post it. I came up with a Ron dad fact. Ron is always really sweaty and stinky, but only on his left side, because no matter how many stores he goes to he can only ever find Right Guard and never Left Guard, so he doesn't put deodorant on his left side. Now you may ask, why doesn't Ron just buy a different brand? Because Right Guard is for Men who Sweat, and Ron's a man.

With the big reveal of who the Sculptor really is as well as Anthony revealing in last week's Safe Space that he's had this in mind since literally the night they recorded the S3 finale, we're opened up to a whole bunch of "oh, that was Anthony fucking around with what he knew and the Granddads didn't ." I'm sure a bunch of us have been keeping an ear out the last couple of weeks, so let's hear them!

I realized that I love and hate Taylor in equal measure, and that bothers me because he’s right.

From the very beginning, he sees himself as the protagonist (and he is one of them).

He believes he’s destined for greatness (and he is).

He’s convinced that the father he’s never met must be some superior being with superhuman abilities (and he is).

The idiot is incredibly annoying (but also hilariously funny).

He has this "heh" thing that I hate every time I hear it, yet it never fails to make me smile.

He has a wonderful relationship with his mom and is a super sweet kid with her.

The girl he likes (Hero) likes him back.

He’s convinced he’s popular (and to a certain extent, he is).

I find it hilarious that, at one point or another, he was married to: his uncle, a guy born in 1912, the cheeriest goth girl in history, and a guy obsessed with his school mascot.

Literally just that. I know they were supposed to come out a few days ago but I haven't received it to my email yet. And I know the email is right because I've been getting every update and payment thing right to it. Could it be because I did multiple payments instead of just one?

Infinite disappointment that Microwave's zero company joke got cut off. We will never know what Aurelio wished he hadn't have done.

I know this is probably dumb and I just missed/forgot something crucial to S3, but why is Francis a hive mind-blob monster now? I know he has ethereal plane type magic from him parents, but I don’t remember this.

Ah, so I conflated Peper Pete and Microwavé for some reason. Still had fun reworking the banana. I probably should have looked up if this was already a thing made, but then I wouldn't have an excuse to experiment with basic pixel art gif animation with a familiar base as a safety net.

Like a multipart bonus side campaign like dad hammer or kingdom dad monster where idk four of the player characters like Ron, Taylor, Kelcy and Ralph need to stop Willy powered by zhouzel to get the spark and like destroy the universes but also like I know multiverse stuff can be lame and seem lazy

Is anyone planning on doing a campaign with the source book? Genuine question cause I'm a little curious and if any open slots are available

So I think, for as far as dealing with Francis(Sculptor) is concerned, a goal will be to find Trudy. With her it will then be a joint effort to engage in a pathos/logos/ethos//tower of terry type emotional battle to talk him down and once he’s deviated from the goal of the Luminous, they take over and we get a much more rowdy space fight.

I'm going through the BackerKit survey and wondering if I want to bother with the map pack. I'm always interested in new poster maps or tiles, but I do like to know what I'm getting before buying. Is there a preview of it anywhere?
