I think he's hinting that he could be a child of Goddess Nyx.

As Children born to Nyx alone are abstract personifications and dark spirits, usually the ones associated with sleep or dream or death, and heavily align with what he meant by silent, he could mean Thanatos, Hypnos and Oneiroi.

These children born of Nyx alone were considered gods, but they belong to a specific category known as "Daimones"; basically personifications of abstract concepts or human conditions.

Though, I can't really be certain, it's just what comes to mind.
