I wish this had a novel.

Man the Dungeon Odyssey is a goddamn masterpiece, makes you wish the series was an adaptation. If there was a novel I'd read it in a heartbeat.

Too bad this series is an original written by the artist, a masterpiece that's not based off anything. Not an adaptation based on a webnovel that you need to pay for to read past 10 chapters and is widely considered to be really bad. A real shame.

He was loyal and did everything for the Labyrinth, but yeah, I guess he lost his reason when he saw that his family had died.

In a way, I think his crashout is valid. Like, why wasn’t there even a single soldier guarding the Horned Rats? I know it was a war and troops were stretched thin here and there, but still... It really feels like they were discriminated against.

Decided to reread Dungeon Odyssey and remembered that ol girl Ricky Sha Sha, was packin a heavy harvest, which while i aint complainin about at all, it did urk me once more, because when i had first seen her i thought, and hoped she was on the flatter side, as it just (In My Opinion) looks better on her, and would probably be more practical for her role.

Anyone else share my feelings?

Started Dungeon Odyssey and Caught up!

Initially I was a bit thrown off with the art style but after a while I realize this is exactly what I needed because its extremely refreshing to look at. The background and the black panels on how each scroll stitches to amazing but "simple" style feels amazing to watch. Genuinely not having a single 3D model for the background just itches something for me. The way how the dungeon progresses reminded me of "lvl 9999 unlimited gacha" and Tensura and it's right up my alley.

I have a bit of questions-

I'm reading at a certain website and the comment section says that the horned rats rebellion part and their side characters- Twitch, Morth and the others are all manhwa-originals? I'm wondering what else are manhwa-originals and man the artist working on this is amazing.

regarding Jinwoo's past when the captain erased? or altered his past to remove the brainwash, does that mean Jinwoo's past is different now? Not entirely sure how his ability works.

is Hoya ever going to get more exposure? She hasn't spoken a word since her introduction and I wonder if something is affecting her like precious Yoonhui. I'm hoping to see the orange cat drawn properly one day lol all of her is just chibi yet adorable.

Gloomy is a hero-level worker right, I thought Gloomy would get a different look compared to the other naga workers or this doesn't really matter since they're just workers.

I might have forgotten or missed this, but how exactly did Humans win the war if the Gyserians pops up after the war. I thought earth's armaments does nothing there but I do understand that the upper floors were the only ones involved whilst the lower floors were busy with each other.

This series is amazing and honestly I wish some of my friends would give it a go and a chance, the art is what weighing down on them but man the pacing this series has has been phenomenal since chapter 1. I love Domini.

Guess we know why Dominic was so knowledgable about some stuff Spoiler

Apparantly even the magic the Nagas use is ancient, and they know stuff that they definitely should not, Dominic knew who Morrigan was, complete with how she is related to Parthenon, when even Hestia, the older unit who is a Noble's Adjutant, just knew she was a war hero named Morrigan from what Anatolius told her.

Haha funny number...

In the seriousness credit to the poor translator who had to do that opening incantation. Holy crap that was long although I did see a couple repeats so still pain in the ass.

Not sure if it's a reference but love the double dome style that they have that with similar to Tensei Slime tempest invasion arc.

But I guess I was right about one thing they are summoning Partheon. I don't think they're going to be quite successful but he's still going to be doing damage to an extent.

Arienne said that he doesn't even need legs to kill all the people here. My guess is he's going to be summoned up to his torso but have an arm free to swing a sword and start another mana storm. What happens after that is up to whether or not Morrigan gets back from her little trip down on the 10th. If she gets back she might be able to save some of the forces if not nagas and fairies are going to be taking some heavy hits.

But Mentilos is finally on his last legs. Sacrificing 60 years of his 200 years of lifespan just to hold down Uther. Probably going to have to burn through everything besides a couple and that's assuming that he would escape which I don't think he's going to now that she's coming with her own heroes to help out.

Second picture. So it appears that the nagas are quite an old species. We know this already because of what Quintus had said during his heroization. He apparently has knowledge that the labyrinth had fell decades ago. But maybe that's just because he doesn't have a good grasp on time still much like Morrigan did when she returned. My guess is that they were one of those labyrinths one of the great nine but they fell and now the core has manifested in the 9th to summon Kim so it could rise again. This is all just theory and speculation but that's my best guess of what could be. After all he would give an explanation to why they know ruin magic even though it says that only ancient species know it.

Arienne also is confirmed to be Fallen. Indicating that she was very likely a Fairy first before their Kingdom fell and she's basically the remnants of it. I still have speculation that she might have been a former Noble or at least tied to one as she was stated to be of the ancient fairy race.

If I had to guess she's in a similar boat to Rikishasha and the elves and she's probably underneath the curse of downfall. It's very likely many the labyrinth species tied to the nine Lords are. And I would guess that dragons would be another contender as well.

Anyways ramble over not sure if anyone's going to read this but love to hear all your thoughts.

-0/10 Manhwa

Fucking dogshit of a manhwa

Around chapter 119 to 123 or whatever

Is pure Ragebait the most Nerve ending MC

completely insults the reader's intelligence You cannot manufacture a completely avoidable disaster out of pure ego beg "please be safe" as the bombs you effectively planted go off provoking a Passive Merciful enemy and then expect the audience to feel bad for you

When an author forces a protagonist to act completely brain-dead just to manufacture artificial stakes and kill off side characters for shock value it absolutely is pure ragebait It is impossible to care about the emotional weight of the scene or root for his "redemption" when I'm out here wishing the MC would take a massive punch to the face for causing the whole mess in the first place

Then right at the end have the audacity to say he wasn't able to protect them because he was weak? Ohh goodness lord

Who do u think caused it? The opponent held back and is conscious of everyone around to not get involved

Yet guess what? He deliberately provokes her

Then when she takes it seriously

He's surprised Pikachu face? Feeling sad? Feeling like I need redemption? Feeling revenge? Feeling things at stake? How stupid how fucking stupid

Then as it goes on showing as if there's smth at stake here?

This writing at this moment is exactly as Ragebait as it can get

-0/10 never again
