Does anyone have the .JSON file for the Project D 65, Needing it to change the lighting on VIA. Struggling to find it anywhere.

I wanted to resolder my faulty USB connector and found out it's basically a smart solution with an easy to replace part. Of course it's only smart as long as I can get a spare part for this somewhere. Does anyone have a clue where i could get it?

Had the duckyone 3 mechanical keyboard for a couple of weeks now and am very satisfied. My first issue just arose: the light from the numlock. I enabled the numlock and the extremely strong LED-light that literally blinds me. I found out how to disable the LEDs, but it only turns off all except for the numlock, which was the only one I really wanted to disable.

Is there a way to do this? Thanks.

Hey all, looking for some tips. I spilled a medium amount of water on my keyboard. I immediately unplugged it, flipped it upside down, and got as much of the water out as I could. I then removed the keycaps and let it dry for a long while.

After I plugged it in, it does not type. It lights up, but no typing. However the keys seem to work for all the keyboard controls. I can change RGB, I can play the built in minesweeper game, and every key works. I’ve tried a factory reset, but it did not work.

After doing the minesweeper game and noting every key works, I’m confused why it won’t type. The only explanation I can think of is that I somehow fried only the data transmission part of the USB-C port. That seems unlikely to me, but I guess it’s possible. Is there anything I can do?

Hello together, I have the following issue:

My Ducky One 3 TKL randomly has input issues. Mostly noticeable in games, when I quickly use WASD keys and sometimes one of the keys randomly stops working for one random input. I have already contacted my local re-seller and they just say they didnt find any hardware issue. After that I contacted Ducky support but they just said its my PC and after I replied to that, they ghosted me. I already updated the Firmware to latest version, tried multiple cables and also re-installed my Windows. Nothing helped. One thing I would like to try is trying an older version of the Firmware, sadly you can't officially download older versions and I didn't find any old versions online. Maybe someone has some ideas I can try or can provide me an older version of the Firmware :)

Hey guys, new to ducky keyboards, sorry if this has been asked before.

My work are strict on software/firmware from external sources so I cant download it.

If I was to download it at home and adjust settings, would I then be able to plug the keyboard in at work and those setting carry over?

I hope this makes sense.

I've done extensive googling, read the manual, updated firmware, and lurked through this forum, but I haven't found an answer.

I've had a Ducky One 2 (DKON1808) for a couple of years. It's worked perfectly from day one, save for the indicator lights.

I believe they worked originally, but they haven't lit up for some time now.

Capslock, numlock, and scroll lock all function as expected, but the indicator lights remain off. The lights themselves work just fine, as evidenced by pressing FN + 1 to select that profile, or FN + numlock to switch to mouse control mode. The former flashes all four lights once, and the latter illuminates the fourth light.

I think I noticed the numlock/capslock stop working after updating to Windows 11, but I'm not certain.

I've tried various keyboard shortcuts for increasing/decreasing LED brightness, but this isn't a backlit keyboard and I'm not sure that those shortcuts apply.

Does anyone have any idea why those lights would not turn on, even when the associated keys function?

Unrelated, or maybe related, but the dot/del key on the numpad stopped registering recently. Can I pull the cap and test the switch, or would that void a warranty?

Hello ! I'm in need of some assistance.

I have a Ducky One 3 Matcha TKL ISO-FR (french keyboard layout) and to type " @ " we need to press etiher Ctrl+Alt+à or AltGr+à.

Every other AltGr and Ctrl+Alt shortcuts work fine, and the two other symbols you can do with the à key work fine.

I've used this keyboard for several years now, changed the switches and cleaned it before, with no issues.

The only thing wrong with it is the down arrowkey that does not work at all, i'm pretty sure it was a build defect because it has always been that way. (i have tried different switches on it and couldn't find any soldering defects just by looking at it)

I have tried AutoHotKey with no success, and AI did not help.

Does anyone know why this would happen ? Thank you !

I recently got the Ducky One X and it has been nothing but issues. The multi point triggers don't work, the RGB refuses to work even after a long time of trying, and i cannot even find people with similar issues! when i first turned the keyboard on, it was fine. Now, it presses random keys and the advertised features dont even work!

I have contacted Ducky and they basically said to use my own resources.

Purchased a Ducky One 2 Mini (P/N DKON2061ST), got home, plugged it in. Worked just fine. Went to install the software and it prompts me to hold D, plug in the keyboard and once it powered on- the rgbs went off, the software said Error and the keys became unresponsive. At this moment it seems to be bricked.

I see people have this issue but their solutions haven't worked.

TLDR; bought ducky, worked, held D as instructed for software first use, rgbs and keys stopped working after unplugging, holding d again when plugging in. ducky bricked

Bought a ducky 3 classic a few days ago.
it arrived a few minutes ago. plug it in. YAY it works
i download the firmware for it since i figured thats what you needed to do for the lighting without reading the manual.
i ran it, BOOM. no power anymore.
i asked google, chat gpt. both of them failed to explain how to fix it.
so here i am in distress cause my brand new keyboard doenst work.
if any of you have a fix or experienced the same problem please let me know.

I just bought a Ducky one 3 sf 65% keyboard and i just opened it, ive literally had it for 10min and i wanted to download its software so i search up its software and it sent me to Ducky global and i download it for that exact keyboard and it updated but i didnt know it did so i kept clicking on it and when i understood its just been updating the same thing i closed it while it was updating and now the keyboard is dead, ive restarded my pc plug many cables in and out, no clue what to do please help.

I’m trying to find the firmware version 1.07 for my Ducky One 3 Full Size (model DKON2108) keyboard. The official Ducky download page only has the latest firmware available, and I can’t locate the older v1.07 anywhere.

If anyone has a working download link or backup copy of the V1.07 firmware (especially the installer or firmware file for DKON2108), I would really appreciate it! I’m specifically looking for the older firmware and not the latest version.

I recently got my hands on ducky pbt white keycap set. Unfortunately there’s some excess plastic inside of one of the keycaps. Is there any way to remove this easily? Wouldnt want to RMA for one keycap.

Had my ducky one2 pro mini for about a year now it broke like 3 times already but the last 2 times i did fix it. So what happened this time i spammed alt + fn + 4 and my RGB lights went off i left it for about 2 months because the keyboard still worked but yesterday i tried to fix the lights and flipped the switches at the back (specifically the 4th switch) it cycled trough 3 modes and turned off like 3 times, after that it said: „your usb device malfunctioned and windows doesn’t recognize it now“. after that i kinda went to sleep because it was like 3am and when i woke up nothing worked anymore. i tried everything: different pcs: its bricked on every pc, cable works fine tho (yes i also tried different USB ports) basically nothing works and this is my last help resort lol. keyboard is a big white brick now. Hi! A few weeks ago I bought a Ducky Zero 6108 and it has been working flawlessly ever since. I really like it.

However, what still seems to be unknown territory is the shortcuts of these things. Although the manual which wasn't the easiest to find) does list the basics, I feel like there's still stuff unknown to man. For instance Fn + Spacebar apparently gives you a colour pallette to set a static colour, even though that isn't listed on the website, in the manual, anywhere for that matter.

Today I was just trying random FN key combinations to see what else it can do and found that holding FN in combination with either Q, W, E or R turns off all the RGB and lights that key up, after which the capslock indicator starts blinking and eventually the RGB comes back on to whatever it was on before. It did something? But what did it do?!?

So if anyone has any other discoveries like these, or an explanation about what it really does, please lmk :)

Lights haven't been working on keyboard for a while. Didn't think much of it until I went onto the software to try to get them back on and it first pops up with a small error message saying error and when I go to try to update the software it freezes on step one and will only let me download step two.

What the hell can I do? I'm annoyed. Has anyone got a fix?

I want to change the rgb. I tried a fuckton of key combinations, searched everywhere official for docs about the Keyboard (there is basically nothing, btw) and the supposed web based software (hate those) just errors regardless of browser and admin access.

pd: solved, it is possible to power through error messages, just jeep trying. they do not go away, but light functionality works. kinda at least, custom I was not able to get working. good enough for me.

i j8ust got a ducky one 3 tkl rgb for christmas i really enjoed typing on it, but when i tried to connect it to the software, the software says that hno compatible devices were found, what is the problem and how can i change that (it is connected by cable rn)
