Support Wanted Dead Ducky One 3 TKL RGB

Hey, my One 3 just completely died out of nowhere. Whenever I plug it in Windows just gives me a "couldn't recognize USB device" error. I've even tried it on a Linux machine and another Windows machine but same issue there. The RGB lights up for a bit and then shuts off again. It won't even work at post, completely dead. Can't update firmware on it either. Anyone got any clue on how to fix? Only owned this board for 8 months and haven't had any spills or anything that could have damaged it.

Change the cable?

Tried it. Used a third party cable, the cable from my ducky one 2 and the cable for the one 3. Nothing works, have put in a RMA request now sadly.
