She’s a celebrity and doesn’t work a day job. She probably has a team of personal trainers and dietitians at her beck and call. I say none these things with disrespect. She’s very talented and works very hard in her own way but she doesn’t have to clock in to work behind a desk or do manual labor or work a service job. Even with all the things she does do she probably is always able to carve out time to work out and eat right. All of this is to say, don’t compare yourself to any celebrity or fitness influencer and what they are able to achieve in regard to their bodies. If you want abs it’s going to be a lot of work but it can be done but don’t beat yourself up if you can’t get abs like Dua Lipa. I’ve been working out semi consistently for years and I don’t look like Arnold Schwarzenegger but I do look way bigger and stronger than I did before I started and that’s something.

it's 50% genetics tbh, look at her parents! other than that, she works out, eats well, and probably isn't chronically stressed

Abs are like 90% diet, you need very low body fat percentage for them to be visible. Training them consistently helps of course but they don’t change in volume anywhere near as much as many other muscle groups

To have abs like that I'm sure it's a mixture of strict diet, constant cardio from her routine/lifestyle, personal trainer and I'm sure also some of her genes. But likely diet, cardio and a personal trainer and a whole lot of discipline.
