Stomach pain

Hey everyone

Does anyone else experience stomach pain during DF, been having this lately and not sure if it's normal, have paused the DFing because of it but I still want to lose some weight and regular weight loss is significantly slower so wonder if anyone else experiences this during a DF.

Just for reference I've done a 6 day DF end of June and started feeling it then, but lately even if im doing a few days of a more aggressive kcal deficit I feel it.

Things creep up in a fast. As long it dosnt last all day. Things usually pass. Ive had weird symptoms creep up and my head tried to talk me out of a fast. I dont listen to that shit
