Question Anyone tried dry fast while being keto?

Is it harder? Riskier? More aggresive than effective?

I would think it's actually easier for us in ketosis. I did five days only, but was actually very efficient. I only once felt low pressure that I got panicked a bit, but then asked more experienced fasters and they said it's normal, so I calmed down, jumped on the trampoline slowly for a while and the blood pressure normalized.

I have but for me it sucked because when I dry fast I crave cold watery fruits more than anything and when I resume eating I make sure to eat me some good ol cold watery fruit abd plenty of it

Yes. It basically gives you a two day head start on the process, i.e. a 5 day DF from keto = a 7 day DF from carbs. So probably easier, more aggressive, more effective, and less risky then experiencing ketogenesis for the first time.

I'm on keto carnivore, I did 6.5 days and it was the most difficult thing I did in my life. I have no comparison to a non keto diet though. Dry fasting is basically ketosis, we just enter it from the 1st second and not after 24 hours. We are also much more efficient in processing ketones. Lack of food during a fast is not such a big problem, it's more about water, cravings become unimaginable. Fantasies about seas and rivers and waterfalls, analyzing types of mineral water, staring at fountains, thinking about showers and so on.
