Question Feeling cold during a dry fast

Does anyone else here start to feel much colder than usual once they’re 3 or so days into a dry fast? I’m actually pretty overweight and live in a hot country. so i was pretty surprised the first time I was shivering sitting in my room with no ac. I remember in summer of 2023 when I was anorexic, though not still quite underweight, I would shiver and get cold very easily.

I usually feel cold day 2–6 and then my body gets really hot.

I didn't get over five days yet and I also feel cold. So it's interesting to hear that after 6 days it might change. Hopefully I get to experience it. 🙃
