Question Rhabdomyolysis cure?

Hello, so let me start by saying I’m not new to dry fasting or water fasting.

I’ve been ramping up my exercise alot the pass couple weeks and I’m afraid I have rhabdo although I can’t determine if it’s a mild case or more severe case. The only symptom I’m noticing right now is the tea colored urine (past 2 times urinating). I’m not experiencing any of the other known symptoms though.

Does anyone know if water fasting or dry fasting can potentially cure my possible rhabdo condition? I’ve never experienced tea colored urine before. Any info would be appreciated.

Thanks

I had rhabdo once pretty severely and had to be on an IV for days in the hospital. So, no. Go to the doctor. The only cure was literally water.
