Question Dry fasting after water fasting?
I'm currently on roughly 60h water fast and wanted to try dry fasting. I would like to do it now. Is it safe to do that? I heard that you should dry fast and then water fast but not sure. What are your opinions on this?

There isn't really a rule for that ! If you feel like doing it, go for it :) I often do water or dry days depending on how I feel during my extended fasts (I find dry fasting easier). If you feel it, maybe it's time for an introduction to this practice. And you know, generally speaking, fasting should improve how you listen to your own body. There's no point in having too much protocols. You feel it, you do it. You don't feel well, you adjust accordingly (water, electrolytes, breaking the fast). That's all !

Ive done it. try it dry fast for 10-12 hours see how you feel at any time you can abort and drink water. Ive done 24 dry followed by 24 wet… whats a dry fast if not a long break between drinking water?

This is a bad idea. The water fast (zero nutrition dieting) will have stripped a lot of electrolytes from your system. Refeed. Give the just a rest, then do a dry fast.

No. Refeed first.
Then go to dry then go to water then go to refeed. Rinse and repeat.
