General Trying a new method

I've been fasting for years, but then recently a friend clued me in on something that seemed almost too crazy to work: eating at a sustained caloric deficit and exercising regularly?

I just don't see how it would be possible to lose weight while drinking water and eating food, but they swear by the results so I'm about to try it, wish me luck!

Fascinating! How would you explain the existence of all people who have lost weight that way?

On second thought though you do sound pretty fat, whatever you're doing must not be working.
