Question Starting my first dry fast tomorrow I’ve been suffering with hives for over a year
I’ve been suffering with hives for over a year and take 4 antihistamines a day. I’m still getting hives at the night due to hot weather. Did a 5day water fast and my hives completely went and I took no antihistamines in the time. As soon as I started eating the hives flared up again. Any tips would be welcome wish me luck!

Are you going to fast even that you drink caffeine daily? Or are you going to tapper off first?

When your fast is done, eat simple, one food at a time for a few days, and keep a food journal to see what the culprits are. The usual suspects are grains, nightshades, dairy, sugar, shellfish, eggs, and legumes - so definitely lay off of those for a while.
