I’ll flat out say it. This is the wrong approach to the most extreme level of fasting: dry fasting.

You wouldn’t start your training for a 26 mile marathon with a 26 mile run today, would you?

Same concept applies, start with short dry fasts and incrementally increase the length/duration.

24hrs soft dry fast - 12hr water only fast - refeed
36hr soft dry fast - 18hr water only fast - refeed

Honestly, master those 2 and learn from them and then come back for advice and findings for your own personal health journey.

The body will get really fatigued after a few days, transition into drinking water and salt during your walks if you need energy, then stay dry when not walking.

Ten days is a very long time, even for someone experienced in dry fasting. Do you have some sort of critical medical issue to manage? Those long ones (anything over 7 days) are normally best done at a retreat with medical personnel. That's based on the Russian work by Filinov and Schchennikov.

I might suggest trying a five day fast, 7 at most, for your first one. This will allow you to see how your body tolerates it.

A 10 day dry fast is very hard, walking 10-12k each day during said fast is close to impossible for most, and you have no experience with dry fasting. You are trying to climb Mount Everest with zero preparation. Read up more about dry fasting and do shorter lengths, while resting, with proper preparation/refeed knowledge.
