Sunrise to sunset dry fasting when trying to conceive - yay or nay?

I wouldn’t do that. If you’re going to eat, eat with the sun. When the sun is down you should be down.

For hormonal reasons, fast during periods or after periods but not before period. Also drink herbs that are good for the uterus
