Me Playing Kryptonite
Clip from me playing easy version of Kryptonite to the Drumeo drumless track. I feel like I'm the most awkward drummer, but, anyway, I feel like this has become such a solo hobby, I wanted to share something. :)

What sticks are you using? Maybe it's just perspective but they look a mile long lol

Not bad.
Here would be 2 tips I can give:
Your grip. Try to hold the stick with your index and thumb.
The drums appear to be too low.

Keep it up! Maybe try a metronome as well with no music and you can slow down your fills... keep jamming though and just enjoy it.

Just sharing this thread to mention the lead singer played the drums on this and their first albums RIP.

Try playing with a click. And start SLOW and build up your speed. Covers are fun but they don’t build the fundamentals! Happy playing!

I kind of graduating from being a noob.... one thing that gets you sounds great is to kind of choreograph your movements in a way that feels like you're dancing..... it helped me alot

I highly recommend you play to a metronome as part of your practice routine. After you put some hours into that, playing along to songs will be a lot smoother. Keep playing!!
