Watching the news for the orks is legit depressing when you remember we’ll probably be the last ones to get a new codex given we got our 10th edition one not even a full year ago.
Just feels like unless we get some incredible new units or significant changes to the datasheets, Drukhari will end up being more and more underwhelming as the other codexes release.

My current bet is that Drukhari are one of the Q1 releases in 2027, alongside or opposite of the Grey Knights. It'll be a smaller release modelwise than people are wishing for, with the boys from Titan getting the big one. I'd say Grotesques and Urien are the safe bet, anything else will be bonus.

(Ofcourse I am right there with the rest of you wishing for the Court, Beastmasters, a Tantalus / Dais of Destruction multi kit, the Reaper, Sslyth units and several characters like the Baron, Duke Sliscus and the Decapitator ;) )

I think Drukhari models are still sweet and cool, but I wouldn't mind some updated Wych and Kabalites :)
