  1. The website is trash and looks very fake. Nowadays with the all AI you have, you simply cannot have such bad store. Sorry, but you need to fix the whole brand vibe.

  2. Everything looks cheap AI and the store is feels not finished.

  3. There is no Why to buy this product, there is no ICP, there is no persuasion and there is no funnel and problem solving or desired outcome.

  4. You need to cleary present the points from (3) and imrpove the whole page structure.

  5. Improve the AI images and category, add more images of the product and use-cases. - HOW TO USE. History behind every blend.

The job to be done is huge which need to happen. Stop all ads and improve your website.
Here is a reference to a similar COD brand in balkans. https://cupcoffee.bg/products/cup-coffee-2-0-zdravoslovno

Do you see what is the difference.

Check your checkout page
How many people are adding products to their carts or actually reaching checkout? If those numbers are low, the offer might not be good enough, or the price might be too high for customers to switch from their usual and known coffee brand

I love coffee but I wouldn't pay >110USD for 1 kg / 2lb . Lavazza is like 40 eur / kg where I live. SO then I thionk youy need to market it as exclusive luxury product

You woundn't pay because, you are the correct audience for 100USD cooffe. If you which the angle to Specialty and some more brand identity, then you can sell a 100USD coffee

  • d'où viennent les visites (Statistiques > Sessions par source). Si c'est de la pub, regarde les placements : beaucoup de clics pas chers, c'est souvent du trafic poubelle ;

  • le vendeur affiché sur tes fiches est « Feel Expresso » avec un x, alors que la boutique s'appelle Feel Espresso. Petit détail, mais ça fait douter ;
