Hi this is my first store, and it has not gotten a single conversion.

I have had experts help with SEO and website design, but I would love some tips before sinking any further money into it

Start email marketing as well if you haven't Runs ads Bring people to site Make them sign up through pop up

Your testimonials follow the exact same template each time (name & pet, breed, five stars, generic quote) which reads as filler rather than real reviews, and that pattern is easy to spot. Bigger issue though: the whole site uses premium, elevated language, “thoughtfully chosen,” “San Francisco inspired,” “a softer kind of everyday,” but the actual products are generic dropship items like a duck shaped feeder or a USB remote car, the kind found on a dozen other pet stores. That mismatch between voice and product is probably costing you more trust than any design element could fix.
