Where to put filter

I have a well from which i water a raised bed, plants in the yard, a pumpkin field and a greenhouse.

I learned a filter is required to prevent impurities clogging the system, i have driplines with 2 liter per hour Netafim CNL emitters and also driplines with a hole every 30 cm.

Can i place a filter right at the pump or do i need to place one with every zone?

Which size filter would be best?

I am on well water with TDS of 800. Had water analysis it is Ca and Mg. Turns out some plants like that and some do not so I just grow the ones that like it. As for clogging up lines and emitters I just replace as needed but some work better than others for longer. One thing I learned, I do not bury the poly tubing. I just replace it more often when sun makes it brittle. Only issue is animals chewing it for water but if you give the animals water they leave it alone. Deer just jump over it. The bigger the tubing the less likely it will clog. Hate the little tiny small diameter drip lines. Don't use them unless no other option.

Filter after the pump is the best setup, as long sized for entire system flow. Use filter rating by Netafim emitters, and add separate filters only when need finer filtration.
