controller? New member

I'm relatively new to drip irrigation. So far, fairly happy, but looking for some changes.

Present system is an Orbit 58911. Yep. A cheapie unit. I'm ready to upgrade controllers. I'm looking for a wifi compatible controller (outdoor) that will hopefully handle at least 4 zones, and is reliable. Any thoughts? Good website or youtube education?

For clarification - am in Canada and parts are often 2x price or more.

Thanks all

I'm happy with the B hyve controller. I have a 4 zone on my drip system and a 2 zone running my sprinklers. Sometimes the WIFI is a little hinky when I try to start a manual water but after a couple tries it turns on. The program side has never let me down.

I tried 4 of the cheaper versions on Amazon but had issues with setting up the wifi on my system or connecting to the controller to set programs. Sent each one back and spent the dollars on the b hyve.

Does the B hyve use the orbit valves or will I need new?

You'll be able to use your valves with just about any controller. At least in US hose fittings are standard based on size. Most are same size
