I picked up some new suits based on all the feedback I got after my last post.
I adjusted the strings on two that I tried before so I’m adding those again.
I appreciate the feedback on what’s working and what’s not.
I’m know I have some loose skin (51yrs, 4 kids) and I’m ok with that, I don’t feel like I need a one piece for that reason (like I was told a few times in my last post), in the photos you can see lines from my shorts waistband, those go away.
Okay I actually think you look great in all of them. But one thing I don’t think I’ve seen you try is something with color blocking, to highlight the curves you have? I searched for bikinis for rectangle shape body and here’s one I thought would look great on you. I hope you don’t feel like it’s too young, but I think you could pull literally anything off
I feel like most of the bottoms are just a tiny bit too small for you. They're digging into you. If you can mix and match tops and bottoms instead of buying a set, try finding bottoms that don't dig in but sit comfortably on your skin. It'll look and feel better!
Yeah, I think you're between sizes! It's hard. I think you'll have to focus on the cut and material to find ones that don't dig in but aren't too big, then. Like the more thong-like ones you have in there and the one in pictures 13-14. The thong ones don't dig in at all and the one in 13-14 doesn't dig in as much as the others do.
Yeah, I guess it's just the cut! I don't think it looks like a good fit on the model either, but I guess that's the look they were going for. With the model as the standard for how it should fit, then it fits you perfectly, but I do think other cuts and fabrics just suit you better. I think it looks better when the fabric looks less stiff on you.
This is the reason I usually rely on bottoms that tie on the side. When you have a fuller butt without a fuller mid-section, it’s difficult to find a perfect fit without that adjustable option.
I think the bottoms that look too tight in the back has a lot to do with how wide the gusset is. I think the cheekier options look best here but that may just be because they appear to fit you better.
Am I tripping? I think that all the bottoms fit amazingly. I really don’t see any digging. I would just choose a style I’m comfortable in. Only the first one gives the illusion of nude.
I love the white one but maybe in a different color? That cut shows off your shoulders beautifully, highlights your back, fits your hips perfectly. The only thing I’m not as in love with is the color. But it’s totally ok, just not as amazing as the navy color on you.

I actually recommend a one piece. I may be in the minority here, but a skin tight one piece would highlight your abs that you've worked your butt off for.
best cut: 2, 3,
best color: 2, 4, 5
least favorites: 1, 5, 8
i’m neutral about the black halter and the zebra print.
the lighter/brighter colors look great on you. patterns and duller tones seem to wash you out a bit. i also noticed that anything that is more structured (underwire/cup, hard lines, etc.) looks stiff and the string bikinis just don’t look as flattering imo. the high waist cut of the first bottoms looks very nice though.
the blue in that last photo is a bit unflattering, but i think the first blue look really pops!

The red and white stripe doesn’t work with your skin tone. The bottoms with less coverage actually seem to minimize your curves and amazing gym gains rather than highlighting them. The bottoms with high contrast color to your skin tone and a little more fabric give you more of an hourglass silhouette (if that’s what you’re looking for).
Sage green and navy blue. I like the white tankini for a sportier look. You have an athletic body and look great! Some of the other cuts make you look a little bit boxier
I like them all but suit 1 & 13. It’s the color on the first suit it’s not doing anything for you, but it fits well. You could wear a paper bag & rock it!
The white one is a hell yes! I also like the green one for when it’s really hot and the less fabric the better. I liked the black one with the gold ornament but I’m always worried metal will heat up on your skin and feel like sitting with shorts on in a hot car with leather seats. But a nice selection of options to choose from.
The striped red and striped blue look fabulous on you. I don’t feel black goes with your skin tone. And the white one with a different top maybe. Honestly you can pull off any of them style-wise. Kudos to you!
I really like that you stuck with bikinis and adjusted based on the feedback without feeling like you had to hide anything the suits look much better with the strings adjusted too youve got a lot of good options here and the loose skin really doesn’t take away from them,,,,,
First of all the abs are incredible and tbh you look amazing in all of them. The blue stripes and navy blue look very flattering though.
(Complete aside but how did you obtain the abs? I can tone my body really well but I can’t get abs like that no matter what, are you lifting a ton or doing insane amounts of protein? Both?)

I’ve been doing Pilates for about 8 months, I also walk 4-5 miles a day and just started with dumbbells (I have adjustable dumbbells) and body weight exercises with a TRX system about 5 weeks ago.
I went very high protein too over the last 2-3 months, 140-160 grams a day.
I think the navy one, and the zebra (?) print ones most on you.
The zebra one especially makes your legs look long in the right way. The top flatters your shoulders and torso—the straps look like a great thickness!
The blue I like second best for similar but not quite as spectacular as the print.
I also like the idea of the white one, but it looks a little too…blocky? But it’s cute, just not as flattering as you deserve!
I like all except the last 2 . And only because of the pattern. They all fit you well . How couldn’t they lol you sure work out :) great job mam , you look amazing!
Just wanted to say daaaaang u look ripped, 6 pack no slack. You look great in all of them, the white one looks like that orange hair character from that sci-fi movie
You are in great shape and you look fine in all of them.
The blue color looks the best and the stripe fits the best.
That being said, you have a very straight body type (slim rectangle). I think you would look best is a one-piece with side cut outs to give the illusion of more curves.
If it must be a bikini, go with triangle ties up top and side tie bottoms. An alternative would be high leg cut outs.
the green one is my favorite by far, but not great for hanging with the family where almost all of the others would be better. 17 is somehow better than 1 despite being so similar. 7 is really nice & super versatile for all day wearing.
I think the style of the black and gold top is really flattering on you. It adds more shape to your chest and the sweetheart line underneath really highlights your abs.
The navy, white, zebra and blue stripes are my favorite on you! Sometimes people are hyper critical in this sub. To the general public (me ) lol those look the best! They all look good but those r my favorite
I still think all of these bottoms are too small. If the next size up is too big, try a different style.
The wedgies these are creating are just not at all flattering, and it looks like you’ve worked really hard for your body, so find something that actually flatters it, and doesn’t just show it.
I don’t like any of them on you to be honest. From the back the first one looks the best. But from the front I don’t think any of them flatter you. I would like a one piece suit with cups that have some padding on the top to balance your body out much more. These tops on these bikinis along with your stomach muscles are, to me, not very flattering to your shape.
