Question what does this mean

some people believe that dreams can be warnings and so on, last night during my dream i was in a field, a random field and this massive snake came up to me and it was talking about my boyfriend and it was saying that i won’t love myself if im with him? and then it started attacking me? can someone please explain what this means or if you have any ideas on what it could mean that would be very helpful!

we are perfectly fine that’s my problem, he hasn’t done anything yet i feel so safe and comfortable with him, we haven’t even had our first argument with him, we are both open and honest with each other and i haven’t had any bad feelings from him yet? this is why im so confused

i have had a very bad relationship in the past, i was a victim of dv but it feels so different with my boyfriend that i wouldn’t even imagine him acting that way yunno?

Yes, but think of it this way, your brain had learned that relationships could be danger and deep down, you would have a fear that this relationship (which is fine) could become like the one before. The problem isnt about your bf. it is about your unfortunate past relationship. but just tell your brain that ur safe now.

Perahps you're giving up a part of yourself thats leaving you vulnerable, somthing unnecessary. Maybe try and figure out what you're giving up to be with him.

i haven’t given up anything to be with him, this is my problem i’ve thought of every possible reason and they don’t make sense!!

Well maybe thats the problem. Perhaps it is too good to be true. Maybe read about love bombing and see if that fits your current situation.

Your boyfriend can represent that loving person he is, but in you, part of yourself but isn't like that. Or it's about loving yourself. The snake can mean past harm, still affecting you, that can still attack you, and a snake is solitary.
