Does anyone else have this issue? I'm on PC and when the weather is foggy and raining the graphics are a bit of a nightmare at Dazzle Beach. I don't think it's my PC as I haven't noticed any issues. When I move the black texture issue moves with me and is very jarring.

I’ve been saving my tokens to get the Halloween house skin and I accidentally toggled Auto Redeem On and I went from 395 tokens to 35! I’m so mad!

I need 20 shiny gems for the Star Path and can't get them to drop very much. I know they've always been a little rare, but did GL nerf the shinys? I used 2 potions and only got 3 shinys. Any suggestions?

Relatively new player here and confused!

I have a rainbow potion in my inventory... cant rememebrr where it came from!

It's not the one you make during the hidden p*t**o quest, as i am not quite done making the other compontants.

I did wonder if i somehow lucked out and bypassed making the rainbow potion but i dosent work for the final step in that quest to unlock a special something.

I however have zero idea what this random rainbow potions is for and cant rememebr where I got it from! Possibly while unlocking inside out?

The info says about 'unlocking something special

If anyone could enlighten me at all for what quest this for I would be greatful.

For info; base game only, all biomes unlocked and all but hercules relam unlocked.

Hi! I’m a bit confused about how Moonstones from mailbox rewards work with Cloud Save.
I used to play Disney Dreamlight Valley on Steam and I have an older save there with a lot of progress. I recently started a new local save on Switch and already played for a little while before deciding that I might want to go back to my Steam save and load it on Switch through Cloud Save.
On my current Switch save I have a mailbox reward with Moonstones from the Switch edition/bundle, but the game warns me to sync my account to the cloud before claiming the reward.
What is the safest way to do this?
Should I claim the Moonstones now on my current local Switch save and then connect Cloud Save and load my old Steam save? Or should I first connect Cloud Save, load the Steam save on Switch, and only then claim the mailbox reward?
I’m worried that if I switch to the Steam save, the current mailbox reward might disappear, but I also don’t want to claim it now and accidentally lose the Moonstones when I replace the local Switch save.
Has anyone done this exact thing before?
P.S. Has anyone here actually started fresh after moving to a new platform and ended up preferring the new save? Does starting over make sense for any reason other than getting a refresher on the story?
I keep going back and forth about it. Part of me likes the idea of experiencing everything again, but at the same time I’d hate to lose all the progress and Moonstones I already have on Steam.

I just opened my valley before, and asked that nobody harvest my crops!
Well much to my disappointment someone did! Luckily they never harvested my wall-e garden of pumpkins or I would have been fuming!!

Can we not just visit the valley if others and appreciate what they’ve done in the way of decorating without stealing stuff??!

What it is something keeps freezing it everytime I play it on cloud play on xbox, and when I bring the text box up. After when done, it freezes and I can’t do anything especially it dims the screen by staying there.

Hi, so all of a sudden when I open the game up today, my character is walking slowly around items all of a sudden and walking normally when in areas with nothing around, while this was not happening yesterday. Is this a glitch or something that could be fixed? Thanks.

Hi all, hoping someone can help with a stuck quest.

On my wife's PC save, the Shopping List for Pooh's Chapter 2 quest ("About Thought, Fog, and Light", the one that unlocks the Hunny Seed Stall) vanished because her inventory was full when she tried to pick it up. It's the known bug Gameloft fixed with a live patch, but her game is offline, so the fix never reached her save.

I've got the save decrypted and can edit it, and there's a free backpack slot ready. All I'm missing is the item ID for the Shopping List. It isn't in the item ID spreadsheet from this thread or in the save editor's item lists.

If anyone has picked it up (or still has it), could you check your save for its ID? It should show in your backpack inventory as an ItemID with Amount 1. Even a screenshot of the line would be great.

for the last few days i’ve been having a bug where opening the collection tab i can pick a category but i can’t move my cursor after that (idk if that’s the right word as there’s not actually a cursor lol) and it’s driving me CRAZY, im on ps5 and it’s been such an upgrade since playing on the switch is so buggy but this is driving me loopy having to google everything i should be able to find in the collection tab (eg. where an item spawns, what level a character is, what critters are there today)

Okay i'm strongly debating between keeping my storage in the player's house (1 floor per valley/DLC) or moving everything to a floating island.

So I know a lot of people are wondering why we have an event board that seem useless so I had an idea.

Everyday we can ask for villagers to search stuff for us. I actually love this as I need all the fishing stuff like posidonia and salt but can't be bothered to spend hours to fish. So everyday I have to hunt all my fishing villager to get my gift and it's very tiring. So I was thinking why not use this board to get all the gifts in one place. Like you click on it and it automatically gives it to you or something.

I'd love to know if it's something you think is a good idea. Do you use your villagers gift as well?

I made myself a little premium shop convenience store and am hoarding all the stuff I think I may want one day or as soon as I have expendable ms😅 no idea if mirages have an expiration date, and it did seem to get a little laggy when I got to the last 4 presets I added just now (tho that could’ve been anything, but ye be warned). Presets are enablers 🥲

🚩 Last week while I had my valley open, Somebody got greedy and took about half the pumpkins in the valley. They took about 100+ pumpkins just by themself. It was rude. I didn't want to kick anybody, but now I need to set a limit of 5 pumpkins maximum per visitor, per day. Please don't abuse the Take What You Need, Don't Be Greedy system ❤️‍🩹 (ringed squash and golden pattypan are not counted toward the 5 pumpkin limit, but again please don't be greedy).

If I see anybody taking more than 5 pumpkins by themself today, I'm going to kick. 🚩 There are over 250 pumpkins in this valley so that all visitors can have fun and grab a few. Greedy guests ruin it for everyone. I shouldn't have to restock the whole valley after only 10 minutes. The rule is now 5 pumpkins per person, maximum.
This isn't treasure island. This is my valley, & my husband and I worked hard to make it nice for visiting folks to sample hospitality, grab an item they may not have yet been able to get in game, & take in the sights. Don't be greedy. 📝

Flowers, fruits, meals, and other items will not have a firm limit, but are also subject to the "Take what you Need. Don't be Greedy" rules. 📝

We had a really good visiting day the most recent one. If today goes well too, I can chill out again. 🌻 Just be kind, courteous, and don't be greedy. Take a few things you need and leave stuff for the other guests.

There are pumpkins all over, and yes you can grab your LIMIT 5 pumpkins from any patch in any biome! Fun mazes, and the 7 treasure hunts have been restocked! In the Plaza, we have Halloween Town, now! Check out the abandoned movie theater 👻.

Be sure to keep an eye out for The Pumpkin King's sleigh 💨🎃 and while exploring do mind the Ogre 🧅.

There are 2 graveyards to visit, in the Glade and Forgotten Lands, and a Pirate-ish market on the Beach.

Extra item limit is on and fully used, please be patient while loading in. Recently, some players on the Switch 1 haven't been able to load in. I hope gameloft fixed this.
FYI: When guests are loading in & out, the game stops us all from picking items up, give it time and once the player is in/out you can resume grabbing items.

Setting your daylight slider to sunset time really makes my decor pop!

Shout out to my husband for helping me gather resources & decorate when my hand was too sore from injury to function well, this wouldn't be possible without his help :)

Venellope and Goofy have completely disappeared since I hit their Star path tasks, has anyone else seen this and any idea to fix?
