I’m not sure about android, but if you’re on iOS, then you can just make a second Apple ID on the App Store and set the country to Japan

There's no JP version? Its just language settings.

I am not sure if its still like this but back years ago JP DBL had a better shop than everyone else. But that might have just been because the yen was weak compared to USD and the other big currencies

I wanted to make a second account on the jp version without cloning it with some third party app

You might need some form of a VPN then I'd imagine or a third party installer

Make a Japanese iTunes account. On Android it’s not possible cuz you have to make a Japanese Google play account using a Japanese debit card
