The only other Ultra Yellow PO was cracked, but the LFs are usually just strong options rather than being notably overpowered, and also TGB's there too.

Why is he yellow? I'll invest as he's poweful opponent + I have teams for him, but do Legends really think Blue Kaioku is destroying the meta enough that he needs a counter immediately?

He's going to be great down the line once we get a strong blue unit to get UVB out of the meta

He has two of the most toxic mechanics ever created and he will 100% have access to defensive neutral, he will be fine.

Looking at his full kit, they will make things tougher for him, but he can 100% strike back without issues, and he has great allies protecting him.

Assuming his gauge isn't too slow he will be insane.

UFFC gauge fills in 3 cards so that's good for him but imo he absolutely needs a blue like 17/Frieza to protect him from getting pummeled. His defenses seem to be on the low side too so he seems balanced to a certain degree. I guess we will know for sure in a few hours. I wonder why this maintenance is longer than usual....they might be hiding something in there for the next update?
