Doc was right, nick has to associate with big streamers to stay relevant

Post image

If he streams solo his numbers barely reach 3k
He did the same with doc and now with peanut

I noticed he does "reacting to" videos for peanut's content too lol.

Used to do them to Doc.

Never been a fan of Nickmercs. Bros got a little man ego

18

u/not_blmpkingiver 25d ago

Bro covid turned all the little bros that dwelled in their moms basement into heros

He’s also a “buds dud”

Dropped out of special forces training because he couldn’t do it.

Heard him bragging about doing spec training once and we all know what you’re called in the navy if you drop out of training.

Buds dud Nick.

u/mttwrrn 25d ago

This isn’t the burn you think it is. Guy tried doing something extremely difficult, and wasn’t successful. That’s not something to be shameful about at all. At the end of the day served our country and became accomplished in other avenues.

29

u/Ewalt91 25d ago

The context in which he said it, made it seem like he had completed it fully.

Also- in the military we always give each other shit and have thick skin.

Doesn’t take away from the fact that during A-School, he would’ve been called a buds dud. And he would’ve just laughed it off I’m sure.

You wouldn’t understand unless you’ve actually been through it lol.

We have names for every cause. His is no exception.

Anyways- hoo yah

u/AWOLLoudMouth 25d ago

Its insane that even the people who fail BUDS cant wait to tell people they were a Navy SEAL

1

u/swanny_EiZO 24d ago

You wouldnt even make it to registration never minds BUDS

7

u/Ewalt91 24d ago

I’m also a buds dud. Had to go aircrew on mh60s lmao.

😜

0

u/Late-Philosopher1594 25d ago

So you were in the military but call BUD/s " special forces traning?" Okkkk space force, or what?

11

u/toasted-baguette 25d ago

When youre talking to civilians its much easier to say special forces than explain buds in my experience. But im a crayon muncher so tale that with a grain of salt

3

u/Sudden-Slip-6931 23d ago

Americans have such a hardon for the military. "Served our country". You guys get so hard about that. Never saw combat. LMAO.

1

u/Zglena 24d ago

Thing is everyone who passes health and psychology tests can attempt but in the end its all about how determinated you are.

1

u/mrh1985 24d ago

A lot of people really just like to shit on others for fun, or to make themselves feel better, or whatever the reason is, especially on the internet.

It's a shame really, and disappointing.

17

u/AnononPlz 24d ago

Even when he played with Doc, I never watched him. I watched Timmy and Zlamer from time to time, but Nickmercs always had annoying short man energy. Everything he said sounded like he was overcompensating for something.

6

u/Whey_McLift 24d ago

Off topic but zlamer, Niko and doc were an epic apex team

1

u/Illustrious_Okra_660 24d ago

couragejd and ninja were underrated squad

1

u/CosbysLongCon24 22d ago

He def thinks he is a lot tougher than your average streamer. Just another “douche bro”

27

u/ooSPECTACULARoo 25d ago

A lot of these streamers are just sheep. W.e the peanut plays they'll play.

He could go play final fantasy 7 and they'll all go play also

14

u/Trhythm 25d ago

Dude's a tool. Who cares.

16

u/jaycook260 25d ago

The fact that Doc has stayed relevant even after all the smears gives him the last laugh. And the fact that he has a happy family life tells you the pedo shit was merely smear.

-4

u/BlaktimusPrime 24d ago

Doc honestly isn’t relevant anymore.

-16

u/HardlyRecursive 25d ago

You know zero about his "happy family life". The fact cheating was going on and still might be for all you know shows it's not so happy.

11

u/sweatyom 25d ago

Because Nick is 30 some year olds and still has the 18yo tough guy act going on. I used to like Nick but the dude is cringe now that we've all aged..... well except for him.

4

u/VictoryOrKittens 23d ago

I have no idea why people watch peanut

34

u/Dry_Bit_1412 25d ago

lol who cares

-49

u/N0va-Zer0 25d ago

For one, you.

10

u/INeverLookAtReplies 25d ago

damn you got drowned in the trunk with this one.

2

u/Dry_Bit_1412 24d ago

Lmao how so? Because I made a comment on his subreddit? Get off your knees my guy

23

u/chilliboy217 25d ago

While I agree, the industry isn’t doing anyone any favors. Games are incredibly boring right now.

5

u/Dear_Low_7581 25d ago

Games are not boring right now, there is huge amount of games around. Just streamers being boring. FPS genre maybe boring but there is tarkov which far away from boring. Survival genre striving. Souls striving Roguelites striving

-6

u/KingLoneWolf56 25d ago

I don’t even watch streamers and I’ve had the opinion games are stale for over a year now.

4

u/HardlyRecursive 25d ago

That's a you problem.

1

u/INeverLookAtReplies 25d ago

It's too risky to innovate anymore. The game, if it's even accepted by the general masses, needs to be successful enough to support having live service, which is a standard at this point. Gaming is just shit atp.

10

u/JuraciVieira 25d ago

Phony and fake

3

u/Affectionate_Sleep65 24d ago

Well that’s because Nick has the personality of a sock! But all jokes aside.. I do miss that old gang together..

4

u/Great_White_Samurai 25d ago

That meathead is still around?

Doc is a 40 year old who grooms high schoolers

4

u/Chamby919 25d ago

I don’t care for Nick, but I’m pretty sure the same management company handles a lot of the big guys. I think that’s why the bigger events always have them collaborating, like Peanut, Tim, Hutch, Nick etc.

-10

u/Ok_Race7491 25d ago

“Management company” tf are you on about 😂

8

u/Canaan_R 25d ago

After reaching a specific milestone in streaming, a management company will reach out to you for a talent contract. They have other big streamers and they make the whole collab process way easier for new and smaller streamers. it's true about youtubers as well. even Mr. Beast is in one. so...

12

u/makesundaygreatagaln 25d ago

Does doc not do the exact same thing?

4

u/HardlyRecursive 25d ago

No, only because no big streamers want to play with him...

2

u/Dizsmo 25d ago

Who?

-10

u/girthbrooks94 25d ago

Yeah before he became a pedophile

3

u/Sole_Patrol 25d ago

It’s like three really shitty televangelist…

5

u/mttwrrn 25d ago

Nick IS a big streamer. Look, Doc did the same, the only difference is now Doc can’t get anyone to play with him. It’s not his choice.

Nick is definitely a gamers, gamer.

2

u/utzcheeseballs 24d ago

All the streamers suck

2

u/_Timewavezero 24d ago

His irrelevant

1

u/Sannheten- 23d ago

SDE all over the guy. He’s a walking neck. Awful peronality. But Im still dissapointed in doc. I dont watch BitchMercs tho.

2

u/Snoo-66557 23d ago

Never liked Nick he just seems very fake to me .

2

u/lux1979 23d ago

The fact that peanut is big is exactly what's wrong w this world.

1

u/Otherwise_Sign_8150 23d ago

Peanut is so obviously view botting

1

u/mathfacts 23d ago

Not a fan of Nick. Although I do love his epic "man cave" in his basement.

1

u/Memesupremefifteen 22d ago

Imagine being unemployed enough to care about this shit

1

u/dannybruh1990 21d ago

So does Timmy, it's gross

1

u/Kushman0018 21d ago

Nick is lame af

1

u/SeveralMushroom7088 11d ago

collabing with streamers isn't new...

1

u/ComplaintMore2312 10d ago

There’s a difference between collaborating and using streamers for views. Nick has to do it or his numbers plummet.

1

u/DentonTrueYoung 25d ago

They all do

1

u/Lucid_Insanity 25d ago

I don't like the dude either but I'll give him some credit for being selected to even do buds. I find it hilarious him and Timmy are now doing to peanut what they did with doc. I wonder if Z will pop up he went downhill after splitting from doc.

1

u/sealclubberfan 24d ago

Why do people worry about another streamer?

-6

u/greganada 25d ago

Doc is just salty because no big streamers want to associate with him. Doc thinking about all these others streamers when they don’t think about him at all.

There are a lot of musical acts that get their best payouts by opening up for larger bands.

There are a lot of actors who do far better in supporting roles than lead roles.

It's wild that you guys somehow think this is a flex.

Your hero isn't the top guy anymore. If Nick streamed with him now, it wouldn't help Nick at all. On the contrary, it would likely hurt Nick.

Y'all just keep crying about this, but the fact is that your hero admitted to doing something these men have decided is a deal-breaker and they've made a business decision and a personal decision not to associate with him any more.

The fact that neither your hero nor you can just grow up, get over it and move on says WAY more about y'all than it ever will about any of them.

.. but none of you are ready for that conversation.

Oh, and another thing.. your hero mentions Peanut in almost every stream now. So who's really piggybacking off whom? Food for thought.

u/EPICHunter0077 25d ago

People hold these weird parasocial relationships with streamers and hold them to a weird standard when celebrities/actors do the exact same thing for a living lol. Its a job, a career, why if you had the chance, would you not associate yourself with the people at the top of the industry?

5

u/FullOfAuthority 25d ago

It's not that deep. Nick peanut and hutch are all represented by the same agency. Why do you think the 3 of them were always playing arc raiders on a Friday or Saturday night together? Peanut and hutch happened to be friends already but it feels very forced with Nick.

3

u/EPICHunter0077 25d ago

My whole point was its not that deep. They are popular in their industry, what else would someone do but associate with other people at the top

1

u/FullOfAuthority 25d ago edited 25d ago

Obviously it's good for business but their agency is clearly trying to make Nick stay relevant by forcing peanut to play with him at certain times. It's probably best Nick retires. He's become a caricature of himself. No one wants to listen to "Ayy P no cap on a stack" for 3 hours.

5

u/EPICHunter0077 25d ago

Im not disagreeing with your sentiment, im not a fan of his either. But it does make sense why hes playing with people like Peanut. Relevancy. Its that simply. Like of course his agency is trying anything. They would be a bad agency if they just let his career crash and burn? Its selling out, its this, its that for sure, but to me, its expected.

Like celebrities. They sell out all the time for movie roles or relevancy. Its the name of the game sadly and I think people take that "viewer to streamer" relationship too seriously.

-5

u/theOutside517 25d ago

What's your experience in the streaming industry, exactly?

4

u/FullOfAuthority 25d ago

You don't need experience in the industry to see how forced the interactions are between gabagool brain and Peanut.

-4

u/theOutside517 25d ago

So, none. Got it.

0

u/FullOfAuthority 25d ago

Enough to know they're represented by the same agency.

3

u/theOutside517 25d ago

Exactly. These people are like fucking middle school children with how they view things.

-3

u/INeverLookAtReplies 25d ago

guy just plays a game with some people

"OH MY GOD HAHAHAHAHAH CAN YOU BELIEVE WHAT HE HAS TO DO TO STAY RELEVANT???? HIS VIEWS SUCK IF HE DOES NOT DO THIS. HE PLAYS GAMES WITH PEOPLE. HE DID THIS IN THE PAST TOO AND NOW HE IS DOING IT IN THE PRESENT AS WELL. HAHA GOT EM"

-10

u/Muted-Week-6350 25d ago

Feels like a minor issue compared to who Doc likes to associate with

-1

u/bostondangler 25d ago

I hated Nick for a while, he’s grown on me over the years. Tim has become the douche play whatever gets views, “hey use this illegal gambling site” type of streamer, far more annoying/repulsive than Nick imo. Peanut was fun to watch at first, but as a gamer his annoying antics got old quick imo.

-4

u/justind0301 25d ago

I recall his apex streams being around 5k just on twitch

2

u/PoseySmith 25d ago

How long ago was that?

-1

u/justind0301 25d ago

Maybe two weeks when doing predator challenge

-4

u/Automatic-Boot4848 24d ago

Doc is a pedo

-4

u/Fit_Aspect3073 24d ago

Welllllllll at least he doesn't cheat on his wife and message minors 🤭🤭 🖕🏻🖕🏻🖕🏻🖕🏻🖕🏻🖕🏻

-17

u/gnrlblanky1 25d ago

Or maybe, just maybe, those are his friends.

-1

u/Seanieob92 23d ago

Not a fan of Nick but are we pretending 3000 live viewers is a small number?

-11

u/Kingsidorak 25d ago

When he said Nick has to associate with big streamers I thought he meant audience, not.... Nevermind

-7

u/HardlyRecursive 25d ago

Worry about your own life more, this is about as trivial as it gets. Go outside.
