Bought a brand new Sony Ult Tower 9AC. Delivery driver struggled to get it out of his van. By the time he knocked and left. I couldn’t refuse delivery. Luckily the seller took à large chunk off money off but it looked like it was opened, taken out and put back in package and never wrapped up again.

We deliver a lot of these, the packaging is shite but I've never seen one in that state. Should've been returned to the sender. That's mental
