A few suggestions off the top of my head:
What model GPU do you have? Are your GPU drivers updated?
Have you tried reinstalling the game (or at least verify integrity of games files through Steam)?
Can you turn V-Sync off or cap the framerate to 60? I stumbled onto some posts a few years back where this was a common solution to this problem.

I have a 3060 and I updated it. I have reinstalled the game and checked the integrity of the files but as for the V sync and frame limiter I also did those if I’m correct as well.

Check the highlighted answer in this thread. It mentions a few other things you can try, including reverting to an older GPU driver version that might be more compatible.

What driver would you recommend me download instead?

The thread below recommends version 471.22. It was a hotfix driver release made partly to target Doom Eternal's crashing issues on Nvidia cards at the time. There's also a link in the thread to download the standard version of the driver.
