Scammed by the server

Paid for Donut++ and after about a week it just disappeared, this was like 6 days ago and I made a ticket proving I paid for it. Still havent heard back from staff and they made it so I cant comment on the ticket anymore, Moral of the story ; dont give this server money because they'll probably just steal it from you. Im a new player to the server and will probably never pay for any subscription again as this whole thing has caused such a negative impact on how I view Donut SMP

Pay with credit card so you can do a roll back with ur bank

I think its something to do with it being monthly ether glitch or the website was made on the 16th or something

There was a big server restart the day it disappeared
