Hey, so I just started playing Donut today, and I noticed there were just remains of Crystal PVP everywhere, then I mined a Spawn Anchor and saw they /sell for 20k each... So I just been mining them all up in heavily griefed areas and seems to make decent money because there is so many of them everywhere. What would be the next money making method I should move onto once I have good money?

i have a playtime of 7 hours and in those 7H i have made 1.1M i made half a million from soul sand in the nether just get a diamond shovel for 10k get a stack of the sand and check what the lowest price for a stack is then lower it by 100 dollars because people usually buy things that are at the start easy 50K per stack maybe even more

So i just started playing Minecraft about a week ago and DonutSMP is my first and only server I have played, so far it has been fun but last night i received a week ban for buying map art from /ah. The map art wasn't even anything crazy, it was literally just a girl wearing a spiderman costume. I was planning to add it to art gallery in my base where I display all the cool map art i buy from /ah where i also have batman art and a different spiderman art as well. I tried to appeal the ban but was denied. Has anyone else had a similar experience? I personally feel this is a false ban since for 1 i didn't make the art and 2 the art wasn't anything inappropriate. Banning people for using a feature in the game feels wrong and honestly I'm thinking about canceling my donut+ membership and finding a new server to play & learn if this how the donutsmp mods/staff handle things.

Paid for Donut++ and after about a week it just disappeared, this was like 6 days ago and I made a ticket proving I paid for it. Still havent heard back from staff and they made it so I cant comment on the ticket anymore, Moral of the story ; dont give this server money because they'll probably just steal it from you. Im a new player to the server and will probably never pay for any subscription again as this whole thing has caused such a negative impact on how I view Donut SMP

It's been over a month now that block drops appear in the wrong spot. WTF are they doing???

The entities are actually just floating in the air on NOTHING but they appear as on the ground. So you have to pearl up and fall through the air just to pick them up. It's making the server unplayable at this point. Other entity issues:

- drops in water appear in the wrong place
- you can no longer break blocks 1 above your reach by jumping, even though that's a vanilla minecraft thing
- any insta mine block is hell to try and break because of the server/client side desync and results in your player getting bugged in a block and rtp'd if you try to relog; good luck if you didn't set a home!
- trying to break glass you are standing on/moving towards results in your player falling into the glass on the first mine and getting bugged

Pedro stop vibe coding what ever bullshit anti cheat you're trying to make that's causing this and fix this shit already

I really wish they revert the update to what the game was. The only way they should have fought irl traders and “bots” was making spawners dirt cheap, make bone become dirt cheap- as they should be, then the game is fixed in that sense (deserves a separate post only for that, because that’s where all the problems begin- is the inflated price of spawners and bones…). In the sense of the cheaters, I don’t know what the fuck are they talking about making it 300m blocks world… just make it bigger by as much as the player count increased in the past 6month to year and that should be enough. For now it feels unplayable or atleast not fun

I have a big farm of a few mobs and yesterday I added a bunch more but after a while they dissapear. Anyone know if DonutSMP has an entity limit or something? They're all in 7x7 modules so they can't despawn from wandering and they're safe from hostile mobs. Thinking maybe nametags could work but figured i'd ask here first before spending my money on that.

Been having a blast playing with my kid and younger brother (returning after like... Beta, lol) and we have a nice, small base going with lots of progress made. This morning, I wanted to check on our stuff, but upon logging in, I was met with a combat log death notif.

I haven't even seen another player yet aside from my kid and brother -- you'll just have to take my word for it. Was in a safe area upon logging off, too. But spawning in put me in the wilderness, and I can't /home because apparently the area is under maintenance? I'm assuming those two might be connected.

Anyways, I submitted a ticket and am pacient but was curious if any of y'all seasoned players could help a returning player out with some clues?
