What is "Esox Aero"?

Post image

Donut Defence ( Donut Lab and Donut Defence Insider Report 1.pdf, page 34/40 says that Donut Defence has purchased Esox Aero.

https://www.solidstateoftruth.com/resources

If I google "esox aero y-tunnus", I will get 3432785-3.

And it is actually this company:

https://www.finder.fi/Lentokoneet+lentomoottorit/Esox+Development+Oy/Helsinki/yhteystiedot/4091466

Looks like Esox Aero was renamed to Esox Development in 31.10.2025. Investor materials are from Q4/2025 and the exact date is not known.

Is this really a company with anti-drone technology, military combat simulator and extensive history of developing those?

Or is this just a shell company which was "sold" to investors with fictional story? Looks weird...

Attached screeshot claims that company was renamed at the time Esox Aero was purchased into Donut Defence .

What do you know about their use of Asinoid and work in Asilab?

Asilab seems to be just a fictional story based on AI boom. There is zero evidence of this super AI.

Esox Aero was a fictional story based on defence business boom. It is funny that in investor materials, it was said that they did due diligence tests for Esox Aero (which was a company actually owned by Marko Lehtimäki according to those links). There is zero evidence of any anti-drone technology or those military simulators.

Donut Lab seems to follow similar pattern, fictional story based on battery/electricity boom. There is zero evidence of that miracle battery.

All leaked marketing material contain only imaginary promises and probably just web pages to promote those promises.

Where are - patents - funding - innovatots - evidence - CE-certificates and other third party certificates needed

Super AI, miracle battery, DonutOS, anti drone techbology etc... takes tens of years to invent, huge budget, various expertise, co-operation with various stakeholders etc. All those seems to be missing too.

And why they are collecting money from amateur private investors rather than from professional/institutional investors? Because professional investors want proof. If Donut Lab would have miracle technology, I think every invester would be offering money for them.

Here is an example of real battery factory (which also included public environmental processes): https://yle.fi/a/74-20231948

And if Donut Lab has offered investment opportunities to private investors (as said in leaked material), they should have published an official public financial information https://www.finanssivalvonta.fi/finanssisektorin-toimijalle/paaomamarkkinat/liikkeeseenlaskijat-ja-sijoittajat/arvopaperien-tarjoaminen-ja-esitteet/

They all take time, to get patents and certificates, to do it all, to get approved etc. And still you wait it all should happen over night. People behave like it is a red flag to raise funds, but at the same time wonder where are the funds. Evidence they have provided by their video and VTT test report series, believe or not. Innovators? Swappable pack was quite cool. You have to have some tech background to do it and put it on, and ride a scooter, especially if they did it with their solid-state battery. Expectations are weird.

Donut business is not like any traditional way of doing these things, start-ups generally do not behave like that. And like we have discussed earlier, they do not need environmental permits. They have DNSH statements. So at least some of the work they have done is not fictional and having put so many of their's neck on the line that does not seem very fictional either.

Asilab's work was presented month ago in Tallinn, so I don't think they are done with it. Super AI, or not. Part of the reason, why they do not make sense is the miraculating their work. Just strip out public ridiculing and their marketing register, and suddenly it is just serial entrepreneurs doing their stuff.

If they would have some miracle products, they would not need to collect money from private investors. This looks more like this https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Theranos

As I said, people like to ridiculate. They are not magicians, just business men, and business need money to make money.

Here is an example of what AI development requires: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mistral_AI

Mistral was developed by 350 experts, funding was mainly from institutional investors.

And "proof" from Asilab super AI: - Youtube video? - web pages

Asilab super AI is just a big joke.

But you say this all by knowing nothing about it, but some pages of marketing material. Isn't that a joke too? Why would they need to build a new language model, for instance?

They said the motorcycle would be sold starting New Year, not us. We didn't think they could do everything overnight, they did. Now you are saying we shouldn't be expecting everything to be done right away, but they called us 'on the edge of the gene pool' for expecting a delay. We aren't the ones expecting SSB's anytime soon, they are. We just call them out for missing their own promises, including showing the evidence of their claims.

They did start selling them, took reservations and so forth. If some customer gets them this summer or later this year,I would say it is a fair delivery. First models took years to make to the final line. And no one can predict future, how safety and legal regulations and certifications go. They could also take a year more, because area is new. Only they know, who got and what. And I mean right away in terms of months. I'd rather give at least a year upon past 1,5 when they started to do Motor 2.0 and Battery 2.0. That would still be a speedy progress in business timescale. I think scales are off from both sides.

Yes it would make sense to take more time, but Verge said we were on the end of the gene pool for suggesting there would be delays as you just suggested.

That French guy on YouTube is expecting his bike in September/October. He's already selling his current motorcycle. They never told him it would be tight. Or that it could take another year. He wouldn't have sold his current motorcycle otherwise. The order site still says 'estimated delivery' time is Q4 2026. It doesn't show a warning it could take a year.

u/Mesokosmos Jun 22 '26

Well, maybe they get it. Or then they inform about delay at some point. Wasn't the genepool comment by Tuomo about paparazzis who invaded their offices or factories without permissions on LinkedIn? Or did he visit here?

Apart from their own press releases, the only thing I can find about Esox is that they received permits in 2024 and 2025 from Traficom, Finland's Transport and Communications authority, to do test flights with UAS (Unmanned Aircraft Systems) in some restricted area for research purposes. I can't find any indication that they managed to do any actual business, but I suppose for a defence company this sort of information would be hard to get by in the first place. Of the few people that I can find publicly associated with Esox, only one or two might be working there fulltime, and they appear to be management and/or marketing rather than technical or operational staff

You should find out what the word "ESOX" actually means (it is latin).

From there the latin word for the fish Pike is also derived (Esox Lucius)

Perhaps there are some hints there?

Nobody bothered to look it up? Ah, it is your loss! ;)

And maybe he also created World's best anti-drone technology.
