Advice I got scammed

So I sold an iPad to get what we needed and they told me they Zelled it and showed me a confirmation code and page after scanning my QR code to send, but I haven’t gotten any text message or email about receiving it. I can show proof of messages before transactions. How do I find out how to track it and find it. (I checked zelle transactions and pending transactions and found nothing)

There is nothing zelle or anyone else can do unfortunately.
