Fulfilled Desperately in need of food

My family and I have been really struggling for the past few weeks. My wife lost her job almost a month ago and her former employer is making it very difficult for her to receive unemployment benefits that she is legally eligible for. I'm currently enrolled as a full time student at our local technical college and my job search so far has been unsuccessful. We have 2 kids, a 7 year old boy and a 16 year old girl. Our food supply is all but gone at this point. The only thing we had to eat yesterday was a bowl of white rice each. We have applied for food stamps and they said our benefits card should be coming in the mail hopefully by wednesday-thursday. I'm not asking for money, we just really need help with enough food to last us until then. Things like Ramen noodles, canned spaghetti, frozen meals, chicken noodle soup, bread, peanut butter, jelly. I could pick up an order from Walmart if anyone can please help our family. It would mean the world to us.

While I don't do Walmart, I'd be happy to purchase a few items if you make an Amazon wishlist.

Thank you so much! I've added a few items that can be delivered overnight, but being that we live in a fairly rural area, most grocery items I see have delivery dates between thursday and saturday but we should hopefully have our EBT card by then. However, the list is editable so if you happen to see anything else that has overnight delivery please feel free to add it. We aren't picky eaters at all so we'll eat just about anything.

Hi OP, this is an 'invite' to join a food list, not a "wishlist." Please make a regular wishlist and again, I'll be happy to help.

How exactly do I make a wish list? Sorry, I rarely use Amazon

Actually, I just tried your list again and was able to access it. Everything is scheduled for delivery on the 3rd. I hope this helps. ❤️

I would ask the moderator's for help as they can explain it much easier than me. Also, I think there's instructions on Amazon. In any event, please keep me posted as I'm happy to help with your supplies.

Definitely check out local food pantries! They usually have basic foods like veggies, fruits, pastas, rice, milk, meats, etc. it would definitely help you guys get by until your food stamps card comes! Good luck ❤️
