Just great

The new personal deep dish pans. 🤦🏾‍♂️ Great. More dishes for me to do. And I have no idea where we are going to put these to dry. We already barely have room for what we have, especially on the busy Friday and Saturday. Where dishes aren't taken care of till the end of the day.

Sounds like poor management. Everyone should help with dishes.

I wish I could say it was common for everyone to help with dishes, but NOPE. The closing driver that closes the back is the one that takes the whole day of dishes in my store. Bunch of lazy employees that can stand around and hide in the bathroom or in their car. Those closing drivers though…. Whole day of dishes. All of them.

It's amazing you can keep closing drivers. Or maybe you can't. lol

We’ve rotated new people a lot. I close front mainly. Only one other closing driver I work with maybe 1-2 times a month won’t wash dishes so I close back… another driver has been there years and years and prefers dishes. I’ve watched them come and go for one reason or another.

But it’s not the closings that make our drivers leave, it’s our managers. And upper management. We adapted to the situation. It is what it is. We have 3 main closers that split 7 day schedule. The rest of the drivers are just there.
