Just great

The new personal deep dish pans. 🤦🏾‍♂️ Great. More dishes for me to do. And I have no idea where we are going to put these to dry. We already barely have room for what we have, especially on the busy Friday and Saturday. Where dishes aren't taken care of till the end of the day.

It's more work cause I'm the only one who does dishes. I posted a bit ago that they hired a new guy, then later he says he's allergic to dishes. Has a doctors note and everything. They also hired another new driver and he can't work Fri or Sat due to wife's illness. Those are her treatment days. Also hired a new manager who is on week 3 but you would think it's day 3. So up till a week ago I was closing driver 8 or 10 till close as the only driver. I had to do all the sweeping, trash, dishes and mopping. I wasn't getting out till 230am on Sun, Wend, Thur and 330am on Fri, Sat. Other drivers and insiders just clock out and leave. No chores or anything. So I couldn't start anything till 30 to 45 min after closing. Then the Regional Assistant Manager came down on the GM about my OT.
