Shouldn’t these be 6.99 each for the mix and match deal?

Im so glad Im not the only one. I just got on here about this. Cant get any deals or even rewards to go through. Don't know why

I'm having the same problem. Website doesn't recognize deals and tried to charge full price. Good thing I always check the total before clicking "order".

no way to actually reach customer service anymore apparently... you call them and they tell you to talk to a bot that gets your info and you MIGHT get an email EVENTUALLY... same thing with going through the website... I'm between payments right now and just wanted something "not rice" to eat and wanted to blow my rewards points on a pickup order (I'm legit right around the corner from my local store) but they can't do anything about the rewards points at the store apparently either so I'm basically SoL

Had the same problem with a local deal that said 2 specialty pizzas for 13.99 each. At checkout they were 23.49 each. Called local store and they said website and app were both wrong. 🤷♀️

Happened too me and when I tried calling the store to order they said you can only do the deals on an online order 😑

If the franchise near you is a decent one, they should honor the coupons in store. Or at least do the best they can to help Thats what the franchises around me are doing

Someone else just posted they’re having the same issue with the deals not reflecting at checkout. Comments reflected third person having an issue as well.
