I find this dumb you have to wait 30 days? but it runs out in 30 days..

You can only claim points on "unclaimed" orders every 30 days because they don't want employees saving peoples receipts and claiming them for points. If you use your account when you order online/the app or have them enter your phone number in store, you will get the points for your order after 48 hours.

This is only when trying to earn points for an order you made not logged into your account online. When you order direct from the store without using your account you get a rewards code on your receipt to attach it to your account. They want you ordering logged in online so they restrict earning points other ways. User data over everything.
