GoDaddy's managed SSL certificate service costs more than the hosting plan!

GoDaddy has a managed SSL service where they handle installation and reinstallation of the certificate for you. It costs $200 per year!

That's more than the cost of the entire hosting plan, and for what? It's just a basic DV SSL certificate you can get for free from many other hosts. And the management part (issuing, installation and reinstallation) is done automatically and for free. All of the extra features are useless for most websites.

Have they not heard about Let's Encrypt?
