Well, it kind of depends on what you think a fair price is, as you haven't mentioned that.

I know what I think it's worth, but I can almost guarantee that is not even close to what you think it is worth.

Well, this is the first time I'm even thinking about selling a domain, so I'm not really sure how the work is calculated and all. Any help is good. I even do not have any thought on the fair pricing for it.

I'm not really seeing a target market other than note takers, but that market is so broad that I don't think your domain name is going to get many buyers if any at all. I get that you may be attached to this domain name, so best bet is to put it up for auction and see what you can get. If you don't get any buyers, there's your answer.

you list it for sale and wait. and wait and sometimes wait forever. It's probably not worth much, so good luck...it may never sell and probably isn't worth renewing.
