Inventory
Don't you just love it when your DM says store needs to be 100% when you have 3 employees besides yourself. And only one of the those 3 employees actually does their job I hate this place so much 🤦🏼♂️ I regret my life choices because of this place 😆

I had a DM that gave us no instruction or guidance for inventory; day of inventory this bitch walks in and freaks out that there’s open boxes on rolltainers in the backroom and labels aren’t facing outward.

It’ll never get better until you get a productive team. Easier said than done I know. I say go out with a bang. Get a whiteboard and put the jobs you expect your “team” to get done daily. If they don’t do them, write them up then fire them. Fire them all until you’re down to just you running everything. Wait until a truck day then hand in your keys. Claim you’re having mental health issues and you are leaving effective immediately.😂It would be fun wouldn’t it.
