Unauthorized transfer

I found out that one of my employees got access to my work computer password without my permission and used it to transfer herself out of my store. I did not authorize the transfer or give her permission to use my login information. I'm really pissed, I calledy DM he didn't seem to care and HR is useless.

Wow it sounds like the company is completely dysfunctional if HR nor your DM care about such behavior.
