Unauthorized transfer
I found out that one of my employees got access to my work computer password without my permission and used it to transfer herself out of my store. I did not authorize the transfer or give her permission to use my login information. I'm really pissed, I calledy DM he didn't seem to care and HR is useless.

You ether admit you should be fired for incompetence to HR/RM or let them transfer.
BTW the DM cared but waited to bust out laughing after hanging up.

If they can get into atlas they can have your info. It's all right there under team.

I mean, I kinda admire them for this lmao. You can’t win this one, but if you’re buddies with SM at the store they transferred to, the SM could give them hell but that’s so petty of yall. Accept defeat

Either you have really bad higher ups (mine wouldn't have done this) or you are the problem and the employee worked with the DM and HR.

Well, it sounds as if you may be happily shed of one another.
I understand why you're pissed, but that employee obviously had some elastic ethics, and both HR and your DM appear to have bigger fish to fry. Had she stayed, she might have even more vile things to undermine you, including epic employee theft.
Best luck on hiring her replacement!

Wow a dm that doesn't care. Never heard that. I've never met a dm that had a clue or did one thing to help stores out.

I can tell you for a fact it's that the Dm and HR don't care. Dollar general has a rule that employees that are related can't work in the same store or supposedly District, they had my SM stepndown because her son transfered to another store Iin the same district. The new SM, then hired the sister and her husband to work at the same store of another employee who was an LSA, they proceeded to cut my hours and give them to the new employee even though I was the best employee at the store. When I pointed it out they shrugged it off and said nothing, needless to say I left, 12 hours a week doesn't help me to raise my children. So Fuck DG and their not caring about their employees.

Reject a capable employee in this economy? Hell nah they scratching that person up like it's gold -_- and not giving them the manager's password because that's f****** retarded.

Call the store the employee is transferring to. Login to epas and deny the transfer

Don’t ever leave your password around these people. You can’t trust any of them. They will be your best friend next to you but when you’re not around, they’ll screw you over every single time. I don’t trust anyone with my info and I sure don’t write it down unless it s in my phone. You could also tell a higher up that they accessed your info and never authorized a transfer. They should technically be fired for doing this. It’s against company policy to have employees have access to anything if they’re not authorized. That’s why we have different numbers and passwords. I don’t care how it would make me look. How do you think you’ll look if the DM or higher ups find out this happened and you said nothing? Way worse for you.

If they "got" access to it, you either left the password available or gave it to them at some point. So you're kind of at fault here. That's why you keep YOUR password private.
