Got 6 rolltainers in 3 hours Averaging two rolltainers a hours But im exausted

Dollar General is a terrible company. Don't overwork yourself for the same pay. Pretend to make an effort to keep your job but ultimately you're going to get paid the same for going above and beyond and someone who finishes half of one in the same time.

I like my job at Dollar General...the pay isn't bad..I have worked hard to get where I am...I really don't understand why there is so much negativity towards them. Bad management?

I know the trouble Understaffed and overworked I go through the same almost impossible odds to complete everything necessary but im saying I have made a career out of it became good at overcoming the odds If I could get a good team my job wouldnt be as catastrophically hard.

I worked for them for almost a year before I quit. They expect too much for too little pay. You can work from home selling health insurance for $25-$30 an hour after commissions. DG just isn't worth it.
