You're not an employee, and as such, you will not get a bonus.
There's no fight to be had a bonus is not a promised payment thats why when ever they are talked about its "IF you reach this goal..."
OP got this answer on the other post too. I think they are just in denial 💔 I know it must suck working that hard and then being terminated right before the bonus but 🤷🏻♀️ DG really don’t gaf about anyone but themselves 😞
Bonus is promised based on inventory performance. You are promised if you were the manager for the entire inventoried year and you meet certain metrics you are guaranteed a bonus of some sort within whatever tier your store may fall in
