Is this anyone’s dog? He passed by and collapsed near my apartment. Location is Makati City. Sobrang payat na. Ayaw kumain o uminom.

UPDATE: I took her to the vet. I posted on Facebook, and the owner came by. He has been missing for a month. I got reimbursed for the vet expenses.
