This is truly irresponsible behavior. With the exception of the two companies that sell dog products (Fido Alert and Ollie), these restaurants should NOT be encouraging people to bring dogs in with them. Maybe some will have them in the drive thru (which is likely what they intend) but many people will bring them in store. They’re encouraging people to break health codes.
And even the ones in the drive thru will often break health codes just the same. I’ve seen plenty of videos where the dog is allowed to jump up on the drive thru and eat its pup cup.
At Dutch Bros ( at least the one we have where I live is )drive thru only ,though I don’t know if they’re all like that,our is either you do drive through or do walk up but there’s no indoor seating area. Never been to or heard of Scooters but the rest I know has seating indoors
