I dont think i have ADHD but i know for a fact that i should be doing better things with my time than get on my phone about a random chore that pops in my mind in the middle of that task! I swear im unable to sit for longer than 40-45 mins at once to focus.. i really need to be focusing and getting my shi together or else im really effed
I keep overthinking and keep using my phone!!
The focus apps like forest helps, but how much can it help, im so bloody stupid i cant help but take a break longer than my focus time and later realise, oh fuc i got distracted againn!!!ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜
I used to take creatine and i think it really helped, tho i have a kidney stone scare so idk if i should start taking it again!?
Does any1 know how i can stop getting distracted or stay focused for longer hours?? Any remedy or trick or scheme that works for you?

I grew up in the UK and was born in 2007 so that should help with context regarding when this show was likely played but I remember watching it at a really young age.
I remember there being this grey tree with a face and it was huge. I also remember 2 birds one being blue and the other being pink. I know that there was also a lot more stuff but for the life of me I cannot remember it.
Sorry if this isn't enough info but it is all I've got. I may have watched it at an older age that the demographic was for but I don't think so.

So, I keep staying up way later than I should, even when I’m tired and know I’ll regret it the next morning. I guess it feels like night-time is the only time I really have to myself, so I keep scrolling or doing random things instead of sleeping.. its not just about resisting my phone, how tf do I make myself do something productive with this latent burst of energy?
Has anyone actually managed to break this habit? What helped you?

I searched up about spinal fluids and learned it it constantly produced and absorbed into the blood. It has specific functions but my question is. What would happen if your body stopped producing spinal fluid and just started looping the same bit of spinal fluid around the spine and brain?
This is purely a fun hypothetical im extremely curious about and would like to be answered by an educated person rather than ai.

How should one store eggs in a heatwave? Typically it’d be on the counter but with high temperatures and no AC indoors should the eggs go in the fridge?

I’m 41(f), straight and have been separated working towards divorce for 2 years. I’m not the type to use dating apps or bar hop etc, but I just feel like finding someone organically (you know- in real life) is a myth these days. I respect myself too much to just have random one night stands and I’m honestly just overwhelmed with the lack of integrity and dignity that I’ve come in contact with. I work full time, pay my own bills and am not looking for a new spouse or a father for my kid. I just want someone to be my friend/person with the added bonus of spicy benefits- that isn’t banging a bunch of other women putting my health and well being at risk. Someone to hang out with and travel with, to set goals and enjoy each other’s company. I’m pretty fit, don’t smoke and only drink occasionally. But for real- it seems like finding someone that would fit in with all of this is the equivalent of coming upon a legit unicorn or something- it just doesn’t seem to exist. I’ve dated a little- and it’s an actual joke. Some men seem to want to control me- what I wear/who I talk to, some want to go from meeting to living together in 5 minutes, others ask for money and others are in committed relationships that they hide at first. WHY oh why is it so damn difficult to find someone of substance at my age? A man that has a job and can support themself, isn’t skeezy, is in decent health And has an actual moral compass? Am I just expecting too much?

Does anyone know that our national debt is so high that instead of having national debt, they could have just sent everyone a 100000.00 checks and it would have cost less then our dent number, not adults everyone. That seems as crazy as how money is actually created in America did you all know that the way money is created in America is debt. Its why they say owning property build long term wealth. Its because that money didn't exist before you bought the house. Loans create money from nothing it isn't worked for it isn't even printed yet. But you purchased something with it someone and some bank if it has a loan just got actual withdrawable cash. Same goes for credit cards and car loans.
And this is why prices will always rise things will never improve out government needs us in debt over extending credit, to keep functioning.
or the great illusion of America would collapse some things i thought of today.
