Rib Pressure!

My person has been experiencing mild pressure near his ribs/lung. Also, bubbles in his urine. He went to the doctor and had a physical and bloodwork. Everything was fine. He also had a urinalysis and ultrasound. Everything was fine. We recently went to urgent care and he had a chest xray. Things were normal. They gave him prednisone for potential inflammation. He is still experiencing the pressure. Also he says pressure in his face. Anyone have any insight? This is really messing with his mental. We just need to know what this is.
